I have made a online and phone purchased with this company almost a year ago and they have not delivered all my items. The TOTO toilet which I ordered(supposed to be new)I received it dirty. I called the company so many times and send so many emails regarding my order issues and they always avoid me. I feel like they took my money and runned away. Today I again, tried to contact them(so unsatisfied with them)via their online chat:
