My Wife received a free sample ofrm colothin we only had to pay shipping which we did. 3 days after we received the sample there was a charge on our credit card for $88.99 . We never ordered anything from this co. There was no paperwork in the sample to cancel amything or a phone number to call .
today we get a bottle in the mail from them without any paperwork ,bill or phone number. I checked out credit card statement on line and found another charge for $69.00. the package came from "Integracore fullfillment house 6077W wells Park Road in Jordan Ut, still no phone number to contact them. This surely a rip off company.

We are sorry that you have had a negative experience with colothin. Unfotunately, IntegraCore only provides warehousing and fulfillment solutions of colothin as well as for many other companies with a wide range of products. We do not handle or have access to the account information of our clients' customers and have no way of modifying payments or contracts at IntegraCore.
The fastest way to resolve the situation would be to contact the colothin location where you ordered your sample to correct the issue.
If you contact me through one of the emails on the IntegraCore site I will put you in contact with the correct people to help you resolve the situation.
