Bad product, worse company. We bought a manual pump, it never worked well and after it failed (handle broke off) after a month.

Get this! After sending us an email indicating that they would "happy to help you as quickly as possible" they refused to do so. Instead of a refund, they wanted to give us a coupon to buy another product. This would not work since we had to purchase a replacement unit went out and bought a more expensive EvenFlo electronic based on the MISperception that we were getting a refund for their defective and dangerous product .

What came next?  The new unit didn't work well either (backs up into the top and quits). They refused to refund or replace either unit. When the product breaks or stops working due to shoddy design, the company , merely offers you value coupons to spend on their more expensive (and shoddy products).

Bottom line: the products are cheap and the company is disreputable, don’t do business with them. We wished we had checked the review sites in advance, they get poor review, now I know why.
