TONEATRONIC INTERNATIONAL INC., Executive Edge, Toneatronic.com Took my money but never sent the item, it is a year and still no refund Online Internet

I purchased their unit on special with face pads and OverNight shipping back in march of 2007.

I never recieved anything, only the $186 charge on my paypal account under the name Executive edge.

I contacted them several times at their customer service email and they reply "We will look into this right away."

A month later I am still waiting so I email again "We will look into this right away."

A month later I am still waiting....etc

Now they don't even bother to reply to my frequent inquiries and need for a refund after battling them a year! I tried to get a refund easier by sending them a paypal money request, but they just cancelled that.

I am sick of dealing with these people. After a year they shoud have had plenty of time to do SOMETHING.
I never got the product, it is only fair I get my money back.

Since they never do anything to give me my refund I must assume they are frauds and cheats and report them to warn others.
