Allied Commercial Roofing MICHAEL MITCHELL AKA MIKE URICH FULL FAMILY OF CON ARTISTS!!! lynbrook, New York

On March 25th 2010 I found Allied Commercial Roofing online and asked for an estimate.  They (Nick Mitchell and Shawn Adams) came and gave me an estimate.  These guys are very knowledgeable in the roofing business and know how to fast talk.  They gave me an estimate (for our 8,000sf warehouse) to tear off the old roof completely and put on a new one and do mold mediation on the interior for $57,000. 

The first week they worked (not 9-5) but worked.  We gave them a check for the total amount because they gave us a $10,000 discount and promised to start the next day and have it complete in 7-14 days (as stated in the contract).  I drove by every day for almost a month and maybe 5 times there was someone working.  They took 5 days off for Easter, Nick said his wife had a baby, the machine they needed to complete the roof was in NJ and the final excuse was that they had both fallen through a roof and Shawn was in a body cast....bs, all bs.  They left our building in shambles with water leaking through the roof and the interior ruined. 

We are filing for grand larceny in the 2nd degree which is a C felony against Allied Commercial Roofing.  Do not, I repeat DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Since then, I have found out numerous things about Allied Commercial Roofing.  First, all the addresses they use on their website and on their contracts are not actual business addresses.  One is a cell phone store and one is a house that Nick is renting.   The phone numbers including the 877 number go directly to Nick and Shawn's cell phone.  They are NOT BBB accredited as advertised and they are NOT licensed nor are they insured.  In fact, on BBB they received a ranking of an F for failure to resolve 4 other complaints against them in NJ.

The family connection....Robert/Bob Mitchell is the fine father of these 2 crooks.  Nick Mitchell (aka Nicholas Urich) and Michael Mitchell (aka Mike Urich) are brothers.  Michael is the only one that is licensed and insured however it is in Texas NOT NJ or NY.  Michael also has a warrant out for his arrest in New Jersey for the same thing that his brother Nick did to us...soon they will both have warrants.  Shawn Adams is just another crook in this world who is to lazy to make an honest living.
