Live in older neighborhood which have alot of roofs that are not in great condition. Steve Castorino drove up to house and started a conversation about his company C.S.I. Asked if I had filled a claim with my insurance in the last 3 years, because the condition of my roof looked like it has gone through some good hailstorms and that they work directly with most insurance companys doing the forms and laborious paper work associated with filling a claim. They will work directly with your insurance adjuster durning their investation of your claim to get everything that you are intitled to. This happened just as they said.

Got my insurance check, called them I was ready to pick out the type of roofing,(color and style). Chose the style and colors, and was told that roofing contractor who they work with has to purchase all the materials and file the approated permits with the county and that they need the insurance check and that the only moneys out of pocket would be the deductable on my policy. That was 9-5-08. C.S.I. left message in Oct that items for roof were backordered and due in Feb. Called for up-date and could not reach anyone so drove over to office to talk and found the office closed and no items in office. Got no roof and now out my insurance money. I got scamed
