Our problems with this company began when they replaced 10 windows and 1 sliding patio door in our 6 yr. old home at the end of December 2007. Pieces were missing, windows were broken, the installation was of VERY poor quality.

Numerous phone calls and MONTHS later (April), they sent 1 lone man out to repair the windows. He never finished the job. I continued to call to find out when they would be back. No return phone calls!!

This company is a joke! We are now in the process of trying to find others who have been burned by the same Clear Choice franchise owned by Chris Prince.

If you or someone you know have had the same frustrating experiences that we have had, please reply to this report and I will check back often. I will find someway to get in touch! Thanks for any help you can offer!!

Just stay clear of this guy! He has no right to be in business!

Finally some satisfaction, but NOT from Clear Choice!!!

We paid with our windows and door with our Capital One credit card. After a long battle, plus pictures, and a window by window appraisal from a private contractor, the credit card company sided with us and refunded our money. We are now having new windows and a new door installed by a VERY reputable company who is EXCELLENT at what they do. And YES, I have seen this other company's work....they are D&D Scarborough and they are fantastic! They work out of Stewartstown, PA and Jim Nalls is the guy you want to do your windows!! He's the best! Chris Prince can have his stupid windows and door back within the next week and good riddance to him and his lousy business practices! We wanted to file a class action lawsuit against him, but it would have taken a LONG time to get it resolved. So I was finally able to handle everything with the credit card company. This guy has no right to own a business! Hopefully he'll be out of business SOON! I've watched the complaints pile up against him on the BBB website and he's up to 7 right now with a grade of F. So that is NOT good! But if you need EXCELLENT work, check with D&D Scarborough in Stewartstown, PA and you will NOT be disappointed! You can even tell them that Lori Woodrum sent you!
