THIS ENTIRE "REPORT" IS A LIE AND SLANDEROUS.

1. Who knows who this person is.  No name, no facts, vague or untrue accusations.

2. I am Gary's wife and an owner.  I DID NOT and  would certainly NEVER leave for a salesman.  We will be married 29 years this year.  I resent these accusations and plan to sue this person if I EVER find out who wrote this.

3. I know for certainty his name IS Gary Delia NOT Danial Delia.

4.  The entire scenario with the old person is completely bogus.  Not sure how to even respond to something so entirely made up.  FYI, Gary never goes into people's homes to sell, and has not gone into a home for over 20 years.

5.  The ONLY item that is correct is that Gary IS a coach at East Lake.  He volunteers his time, and is proud of this, and they are HAPPY to have him.

To the person who wrote this.  Grow some kahonies and face us instead of writing BS like this on an anonomous website.  To the managers of this website.  You should be ashamed.

your wife does own the business and all your property, that is true!! she has left you and will be taking you for all you have. justice will be done. your a criminal and east lake high school should be ashamed to allow you near children. You have  made a business of stealing from your employees, that is a fact!!! you prey on the elderly, That is a fact. Your wife is leaving you! that is a fact!! The employee you are sleeping with has told alot of people. My only question is why dont you just pay people what you owe them and be a real employer. Gary "Danial " Delia should be arrested and thrown in jail. Not teaching children at a high school level.  The more you read about Duramade windows and doors the  more you will believe this story. i sold for this guy and would not sell to a man who had no clue who he was. I left the house after talking to the owner Gary Delia real name Danial Delia (wanted in ohio) he told me that a real salesman takes advantage of all his opportunities. so i took my equipment back asked for the balance of commisions owed 6000.00. he told me he would mail it. 1 year later still nothing but a text message from him stateing that he went to the old mans house, sat there as the house smelled like animial urine and endured the sent to make a 11300 window sale. I replyed i would never take adcvantage of a person that was feebel and old with dementia. i also told him that he should be ashamed not bolsting. he laughed and asked if i was still waiting for money.  I wrote the money off and went about my business TRUE STORY AND I CAN PROVE IT. STILL HAVE THE GUYS ADDRESS AND proof of the  CONVERSATION FROM GARY DELIA. 

There will be no more response to this.  If you really know me/us call me and stop hiding behind a web site.  Stop adding to other sites and stop this harrassment. This has become personal and has nothing to do with the company. You don't know me at all, and you certainly don't know Gary.

First off, this company has a very large track record of being very bad. Not only bad to its customers but also to its employees. From what I gathered they use deceptive business tactics. I only started digging because a crazy (but nice) guy came over the other day saying he was from Southern Energy Systems and wanted to tell me about some great government incentives that he was going to help my family take advantage of. After digging around, "Southern Energy Systems" is linked with Duramade, Inc. Guess, what?!!! With the caliber of professionalism already demonstrated, I won't be doing business with this company. (Not that I was actually looking to have work done anyway, I was blind-sided and cornered by someone claiming to be a good Samaritan)

My opinion, anyone who is thinking of utilizing their services should stop now!!! Seriously, you would sue a customer fo giving you a bad report?  Wow!!!

I can tell you first hand that Gary and anyone he is close to is a thief.  I worked for them for a few months and never got paid commissions.  I was promised 10% from the beginning and never was paid more than 2%.  There is nothing good to say about this man.  His wife did leave him. He is crooked.  He takes advantage of clients everyday.  He then robs from his employees.  I know as I worked there and saw it first hand.  Mickey, his beloved sales manager now has a window company close to the last place in Clearwater is up to his old tricks.  Scamming people out of money selling decent window for two to three times the value.  Stay away from anyone and anything associated with them.  You will never see anything positive about Gary and Mickey reported anywhere.
