eagle carports Not A Liable Company cana, Virginia

Are you planning to sue them and they're not liable for their bad service?

Sounds like they're more than a little short on customer service....could even be considered unreliable.

This name (Eagle Carports) just came up along with the name of T&T Carports too, and in doing some research, I find many complaints against both by consumers. We have found dubious practices wiht an internet broker/dealer called "Elephant Structures" which leads back to Eagle carports complaints in fact. Are they the same? We do not know? Are they all working together in some fashion? We do not know. Just the info we find seems to link several to the same M.O.

We as a contractor are already going into legal avenues against Carolina Carports, Inc. for breaching a legal contract they set with my company to manufacture a custom designed metal garage structure, and their General Manager decided not to finish our order after they got our deposit funds and signed agreements, then circumvented us to our customer and gave our customer these two names above to deal through! We called CCI on the carpet when we found one of their internet brokers (Elephant Structures dba carport.com) took funds from our customer months ago and duped him (promising him a building he never received), and when we came onto the scene (did projects for this customer in past) CCI got spited and now is refusing to ever manufacture buildings for my business...

Problem I have found with CCI and the above names, is they are using many 3rd party "dealer/reps" who are NOT the manufacturer and are in various states. Brokers who get a commission passing the order through to the actual manufacturer and why so many people seem to be getting ripped off. Here, we are a pofessional contracting/remodedling services company in NC and we too have found this to be happening with CCI who uses Elephant Structurs aka Carport.com and other 3rd parties as if to muddy waters and confuse people to take initial funds, and then skirt out of finalizing the actual order; blaming everyone else except themselves for dubious business practices.

In our case, as we have the NC Atty General movigng forward against CCI right now, is how we came upon CCI directly as a business to business dealing so that we could rely upon CCI to manufacture their style structures to our customer's unique specs and we prepare all the foundation/site work and assemble the buildings, and now they are refusing to honor our agreement nor finish making our customer's building which now affects our relationship to our customer here who we have a contract with to build said custom built building.
