I hired Gateway Fence to fence in our property.We had some existing fence, but we wanted to fence in a larger area. It didn't start out good, because they've told me it takes 1 week to order the extra posts and sections. It took him 4 weeks to get it.It's not enough I had to wait so long , but as it turns out it was unnecessary to order exrta sections , since I've had enough. I always had to call and tried to get a hold on him. Finally they came and did the job. First time they did only one side. They had to remove some existing fences from the side and put them at the back to continue the fence there. They didn't fill all the wholes from the removed posts. Next time they came they did the other side.After they left we saw they didn't put screws everywhere and at a lot of places didn't secure them , so we had to do it. They didn't install the gate properly. It is very crooked. So I called them up on 08/23/09, and Mike Brown the owner said they will come next day. Nobody came. Since then I've been calling him every day leaving messeges, but they never return my call.Finally I've had a chance to talk to him on 08/27/09. He said he can't talk right now , but will call me back around 8-9 PM. He promised he will call and told me not call him anymore. Of course he didn't call me last night. Not even today.This is not fair I've paid them in full and they don't take care of the problem.  Also they ripped me off badly by ordering extra sections, what wasn't needed.
