Guimar was contracted by me to erect concrete railings around my porch and steps at the front of my house. This was in the summer of 2007. In January of 2008 it was noticed that there were patches on the concrete with exposed metal which were rusting also the rails were seperating from the posts.

I have phoned Guimar many times. The phone always go into voicemail so I had to leave messages. After replying to the first phone call no one has returned any other phone calls. I called and left my cell phone number and that was returned. I was told the workman would call me back to set up an appointment, the same as the first time, but no one either called or came by.

These people were paid good money to do this job and I belive they need to come and make repairs, I just don't know how to make them do that.
