We signed a contract with this company more than two years ago for an addition to our house. We are still waiting for them to complete the job. While we were waiting for the plans to be submitted and approved (this took about 1.5 years) they claimed that the architechts and Cooper City permit department were backed up due to hurricane Wilma repairs. Well, our plans were approved back in January. Seven months have passed and the pace has not improved a bit. Weeks go by where we see absolutely no work done on our house. All we get from Home Team are broken promised and excuses.

I found out that they have been indicted on several counts of theft and embezelment.

I have recently Googled John Ostendorf and Doug Livingston, the company owners, and have found numerous complaints against them. Sadly, I did none of this before we signed a contract. I can't believe that the Better Business Bureau gives them an A- rating! WHAT A JOKE!!!!
