Laguna Roofing and Siding Ray Builders Have not honored the balance of $4,772.00 for services rendered on 4/5/2009 Lakewood, New Jersey

We have done work for a couple of years with this company and had a good relationship or so we thought. We completed a roofing project for them correcting all issues originaly caused by their bad workmanship. They were being threatened with a lawsuit unless all was corrected. I am guessing that they had to pay out of pocket to repair their bad workmanship and damages they caused. They called us to help them and take the project over. We completed our work and billed them at a very reasonable rate. We received a partial payment and then could not collect on 70 percent of the outstanding balance. Their anwser was that we did a poor job and they had to send someone else to fix our work. This is completely false as we did not get a phone call or any such correspondence from them stating such a thing. If it were true shouldn't they give us a chance to correct our mistakes? No because i made sure that there were no mistakes as i was there every step of the way. I have all time sheets with employees names and hours spend on the job and pictures of the work completed. They are forcing me to take legal action which i am looking into now. This is just a warning for all those who deal with Jack or Jahuda Lench from Laguna siding. Please be aware they will eventually con you.
