myfreeestimates.com Eric MAJOR SCAMMER/CRAPPY LEADS Eagan , Minnesota

Contractors beware!  Signed up with Eric from myfreeestimates.com and didn't trust giving our credit card so sent a check for him to provide us leads.  told us we would receive quality leads for window replacement but got nothing but crap.  Got 2 leads in a period of almost 4 months that weren't even leads.  Tried to contact Eric several times by phone and email and fax and also through the contractor website.  Got no return calls or emails.  Finally asked to cancel our service and get the money refunded, still no calls from Eric.  When you call the myfreeestimates phone number to contact him, Noone EVER answers the phone.  Left several messages for anyone to call me back, even a manager, still nothing.  Finally I got so disgusted with Eric and after finding several complaints about Eric having to do with credit card fraud on the internet, I sent him a nasty email.  Surprise, he calls me back within seconds very irate and offended because he claims he never got the 7+ phone calls, emails, faxes, etc.  Funny that he got the nasty email and called me within seconds.  If you are a contractor, DO NOT give this man your credit card or money because you will get nothing but crap "Leads"  And his excuse for not returning any of my messages was that he never got ANY, not a single message!  Then he tried to say that he can never get through on our phones which is absolutely BS because we have voicemail.  Go Figure that the 7+ messages we sent didn't get through but the one that finally caught his eye was the nasty email calling him out.
