RLG BUILDING & REMODELING - Robert L. Greager ripoff remodeling, took all $15,980 leaving condo with major unfinished work in kitchen/2baths, leak floods condo below, all promises, no show Bellmawr New Jersey

RLG Building and Remodeling was contracted on 4/13/05 to complete a total renovation and remodeling of my condo- kitchen, 2 baths and dining room/foyer flooring. With additional tilework I requested the total came to $15,980 which was primarily labor only. Robert Greager was paid in full on July 2, 2005, leading me to believe he was nearly completed.

Following payment, he never finished any of the rooms. The galley kitchen is missing the entire r-side of backsplash tile, a cabinet, partial counter top and l-side tile is not grouted. The tile in both bathrooms is not fully grouted, sealed, and end pieces of bullnose tile are missing. Cuts around mirrors and edges are sloppy.

Grout between the foyer flooring is now crumbling. He accidentally threw away 3 doors. They are now replaced without handles and sliding doors do not slide smoothly.
The wrong shower fixture with diverter in the guest bathroom is not the quality one I purchased.

A leak behind the refrigerator caused my kitchen to flood, and caused major damage to the condo below. I called RLG when this occured to help me; he never returned my call. I paid a plumber $273 to stop the water. It is doubtful there was ever a permit, plumbing license/inspection. RLG never returned.
