Mr Wiley, Dennis Snelson, ripped off in lenexa, Lenexa Kansas

We purchased granite thru rocktop and had all our countertops removed on a Friday for a promised install the following Monday. they called late Friday and said they dropped our granite, I explained we were now without a kitchen ,dishwasher,running water, stove. They finally agreed to be there Thursday in the am 7 sharp. guess what can't make it again. finally showed up 3:30 in the afternoon and did install.

The only problem two different colors of granite the installer had me stand back and put his arm in front of the distortion and said can you see it now? I said no but your not going to cut your arm off and leave there are you ? I contacted a Mr Wiley and advised him of our total dissatisfaction and he told me to contact Kelly Jones at there Michigan office. Well no one answered after 50 phone calls. I later find out that they filed for bankruptcy and didn't even pay there employees.

When I drove to their location in Lenexa, KS they had a closed sign on the door. The company demanded all there money up front in fact when they came out and measured they demanded another $21.00 dollars before they would start production. They obviously Knew they would be filing for bankruptcy and were trying to pocket as much money as they could prior to the event. The owner should be held criminally liable for all the money he took from people who never even got there granite. We have disputed all charges on our credit card. Thanks ROCK TOPS for ruining so many peoples Christmas.
