Ryland built our home on a creek bed without properly creating drainage. While trying to correct the problem ourselves, we found loads of rocks and sand in the lawn. Consequently, we have had problems growing a beautiful lawn. When it rains, we have a swamp in the background that is a haven for mosquitos. Additionally, the front door leaks when it rains.

I've never even had a phone call returned from Ryland. Additionally, we found pipes that were installed incorrectly (illegally, says one of my contractors). The siding has just fallen off the house within the last 6 months.
