Service Magic HORRIBLE experoence. This company is a scam and the steal your money! Golden Colorado

I was warned about this company from a fellow business friend who had a horrible experience. When they actually contacted my company to become a member, they seemed to have a valid explanation as to why they were a good choice for my company. In fact, I went ahead and signed up. Not only did they take personal information for MY account from my manager about HER, they listed HER as the owner, even though they had spoken with ME! They illegally pulled her credit and criminal background check without permission. They then became highly rude at the fact that MANY leads they sent were bogus leads, or DEAD leads. They refused to refund money and the attention from customer service was HORRIBLE, in fact a represenative name Jamie (or Janie) actually had the nerve to smart off on a recorded phone call to my office manager. Service Magic refused to resolve the issues and deal with the remarks made. In fact, they avoided the offer to listen to the recorded phone call. I ended up adding another report to their status with the BBB, which, they did agree with me and service magic was found at fault. They still refused to resolve the issues, so now there is another of MANY complaints on their record. Oh, BTW, when asked about the complaints with the BBB, I was told the complaints are all about "advertising issues" by a main supervisor at Service Magic. When I contacted the BBB to see if this was true, I was told otherwise. In fact only a few complaints were in regard to the FALSE advertising this company conducts. When I contacted the BBB in Golden Colorado, they were not surprised to hear the name "service magic" in fact, if you call them with your complaint, you will see what I am talking about. I actually had a Very good laugh with them about the ways they handle business. I do know that the BBB is considering filing formal complaints with the state attorney general's office as the number of complaints are suspicious and valid.
