watch out for bait and switch, low ball phone quote to get in the door and unannounced/abrupt raised minimum service charge. Buyers beware!!

Minimum transaction charge was $75 when we called last week. We had basic services needs (broken screens, subpar installation that needed to be redone or repaired - may I point out the screens were from Sure-Fit a couple years back) and also wanted a quote for premium serivces (in this case a the disappearing screen door). We were told they could install/repair the basic screens at the same time the technician shows up and would come back for the disappearing screens if and when we decide to order.

Technician showed up and would not do the basic work after giving us a quote, saying the office called him out of there and he had to come back and can install everything at the same time if we purchase the disappearing screen door which was double the price of the phone quote. When we decided against the premium services, they declined to return for the basic work even though we would pay $15 above the total quote for the basic services to meet the minimum service charge. When I called to schedule, they said the minimum service charge just went up to $100 "right before I called". I stated that they just did not want to do the basic work without the premium services and she said "I guess not".

The quality of work from a couple years was problematic with broken clips and screens that fall off. We were willing to use them again but NEVER AGAIN with owner's wife being very rude on the phone. Complete waste of time! Go somewhere else!!!
