Total home exteriors uses fraudulent billing. They provide customers with a price for the services the customer says they need, then they submit a completely different report to the insurance company citing services they are not providing. They bill for all line items once they have seen your insurance paperwork even though they are not doing these services. They harass the ciustomer, send threatening emails and provide horrible customer service. Their roofing crews are not experts, they do not clean up after themselves, leave shingles nailed incorrectly and mismatched. Aside from fraudulent billing, they are storm chasers not local. They go to storm areas and rent a space for a couple of months so they can deceive people into believing they are local. Their salesmen will lie about why their cell ones are not local and tell you to drive by the local office for reassurance. In our community they stayed for 6 months, now they are gone. They promised so many things they did not follow through, this has been a horrible experience. Fraud is against the law.
