Zales Corporation DO NOT PERFORM SERVICES FOR ZALES CORPORATION THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU AND ARE FRAUDS Central Valley New York

I was hired by Andy Greenburg he stated to me he was an CEO for Zales Corporation, if this job turns out well he has more work since Zales owns 70 stores. he wanted the job to start right away .I prepared my proposal for the job and faxed it over. he was located in indiana, he accepted the proposal I asked him to give 10% down to start the work. he stated that corporate pays you for your services you will invoice them after the job is complete.

I sent my men up to wallpaper the Zales Jewelry outlet store located in woodbury commons. the men worked from 9:00pm until 8:00am for three-four days, same time everyday with an security guard watching you at the store. if you do not know Zales sells diamond jewelry.

we completed the job I went up one of the days to oversee and I had taken pictures of the job before and after, they also asked us to remove lettering and reinstall it back after the wallpaper was completed. the so called CEO told me to send over the invoice to be paid. that same day he sends us to another location for Zales Jewelry outlet store for another job. I faxed over my invoice for a total of $2,197.24, he calls back and says the work was not done right you have to come and fix this job. I sent someone who lives closer to look at the job mind you this job was 2 hours away for me and my men, he stated things look fine to him. I went back on that friday too up to date pictures the things he was complaining he stated he had to get five men to tear down our wallpaper and redo the whole job!!
he lied I spoke with the staff and remember my job and the pictures nothing was changed and the staff was happy with the work.

this guy has refused to pay and says I owe him money well I contacted Zales for my payment. I spoke with a woman named tara from maintence services of Zales I told her we completed the job at Zales Jewelry outlet store in central valley ny, I gave her the CEO Andy Greensburg she comes back on the phone and says Andy is our Vendor from National Retail Solutions we have paid him already he must have contracted you out.

I was totally blown away and felt scammed the only reason she gave me their name is because I explained the situation/ he stated he works for Zales I never heard of any National Retail solutions /my invoice we prepared has Zales Jewelry outlet store/ we worked in the store the wallpaper was there even explaining this to Zales they keep insisting I have to be paid by that company!!!

Andy looks for people to do work and he keeps the money or I am starting to believe Zales is part of this scam!! Andy found my company on Craiglist!!!

I dont want this to happen to anybody else he calls from a cell phone that how he works this scam and that company is a scam company. also please beware I am trying to get this money because of the guys who did the work and traveled two hours their and again back home hopefully someone can help me out
