Vanguard Community Management, Associa and Michael Donnell are under agreement with many associations to perform specific management functions; one of those is to assist associations in adhering to governing documents and laws that govern the affairs of community associations. Community associations and the homeowners that choose to reside in restricted communities agree in advance to follow a number of guidelines including deed restrictions or covenants, various other governing documents, certain rules and regulations, and Federal and State laws. Your circumstance is no different.

There is absolutely no evidence or truth to the statements made by you against Vanguard Community Management, Associa, Michael Donnell or Cimarron Townhome Association. If you or any other homeowner feels that their community association rules and regulations are overly restrictive, the proper corrective action is to request a formal meeting to speak with your association's board of directors.
