Brown Law Group Using a Law Firm for Unfair Collections Tucson, Arizona

This law firm uses the firm to try to collect unfair and unlawful "debts".  I can not find out why the HOA where I own a rental property has hired this firm to collect debts for weeds.  Brown Law Group says I owe over $300 for the weeds last year at my rental.  I responded to the HOA when they wrote me about the weeds.  I had a professional come out and kill the weeds.  My tenant assured me there were no weeds, but yet Brown Law Groups says I owe $321.67 for not taking care of my weeds!!!!

I pay my HOA fees on time for the past 6 years that I have owned the property.

Two years ago I filed a complaint with the Bar Association because my weed bill had gone over $1,000.  The Bar Association says they do not have to abide by the Fair Debt Collection Practices because they are a law firm. 

This law firm is not a law firm.  They use their name to try to collect unfair fees from the HOA firm.

No wonder lawyers have a bad name.  Fellow lawyers should police your profession by getting rid of these kind of people.
