Fannie Anders of 144 Bowing Ave. Bowling Green, Kentucky stole the identity of Lawrence Rothell to try and rent his Florida property through craigslist. She claims to be the sister of Lawrence Rothell which is intersting enough due to her being black and Lawrence is white. She tried to swindle a grand total of $1650.00 for moving in to this home that does not belong to her and incidently, is worth alot more than that. She even went as far as to have them fill out a rental application and the so call renters are beside themselves not only does she have their information but they are out a house as well! Stealing someones identity is a crime and Frannie Anders belongs in jail! She will learn her lesson! She is 45 years old and also has an address of 1225 Lee Drive in Bowling Green as well.

i am disabled and on a fixed income trying to get a home for rent when all my searching led me to a person claiming to be a Michael brewer who had be recently transferred to Alabama on business and he was wanting to rent his house for $1,960 after all the emails and even phone calls he was firm that sending his sister Fannie Anders was where i needed to western union his deposit and first months rent to but his phone number also just happens to be the same one listed here on ripoff report for the scam artist Fannie Anders coincidence i think not beware she has expanded from KY and AL to AZ now she reaches out nation wide looking to rob and pillage from any one who will fall for it
