Ferrell Gas Gouged my account after purchasing another propane company St Cloud Minnesota

Fall of 2006 asked why my bill was so high? Told that prices were up do to cost of fuel all over the USA.. Told them that I was a prebuy customer and had been with prior supplier. No longer however they Ferrell would charge me the going rate of 169.99 per gal. paid bill got propane delivered paid budget plan... I had an installer come to my home for work on new stove, I e/mailed Ferrell Gas to a Lead CS later that week I e/mailed her again for her to call for my monthly payment... No Call

Called Ferrell in early June to make my payment. l left my name and telephone on recording.. Early July called left name and number again for payment.
Sep 2007 wrote an e/mail to GM of St. Cloud I was told that I was no longer on budget plan and future propane would cost 2.09 per gallon and I would have to call
Liberty MO call center to make payment...I fell for this, I called and left my telephone number for call back. I then called for a supervisor I am still waiting for a call. Every time I call Ferrell Gas in St Cloud MN or Liberty I have to leave my name and telephone number to pay bill I do not trust Ferrell to handle check.
