Kachina Management & Consulting Kachina Management does not care about home owners concerns Glendale Arizona

I have lived in this neighborhood for 8 months. The day I moved in I received a reprimand letter from Kachina Management about the condition of the front yard. You can't call in to talk to anyone, correspondence must be done via snail mail or email. When you do call in to leave a message for someone to call you, you do not hear back from them. After emails, I got, "I called but no one answered the phone". Well, Michael Huston did not bother to leave a message either. I have asked that he put me in touch with the Board of Directors, still not being done.

As for the operating budget, Kachina Management handles the reports that home owners get. They are over budget on items & issues that no one ever sees being done. They collect our HOA monthly dues, but do not return phone calls and only occasionally respond to an email.

After reading other postings...can the BOD really fire this management company? The one HOA meeting that was held never went anywhere. Not enough home owners showed up. After walking around meeting home owners and talking with a few BOD members, no on is happy with Kachina Management.

A new neighbor bought & moved in 3 weeks ago from PA...she got a reprimand letter from Kachina Management the week after she bought the home and wasn't even here yet.

When you call the office, the receptionist gives wrong information or will transfer you to a voice mailbox after telling you that the person you want to talk to is in. The whole operation is poorly run and they do not take responsibility for their errors.
