key stone custom homes the villas of castleton will not return security deposit over carpet. marietta, Pennsylvania

my name is john i lived at the villas of castleton,located in marietta pa.this is my story when my wife and moved in its been nothing more than hellish,first the apartment was never cleaned,there were stains in the carpet when we moved in plasterd doors from were someone put thier fist through.washer and dryer that did not work properly.we were paying $978.00 per mth you would think these things would have been taken care of.it took six mths to get new carpet,all they did is cut from the kitchen into the living room and replaced that carpet only.never putting new through out ,if that wasnt enough they put a family of four above us with cats it sounded like circus ever night.for the last six mths of living there it was pure hell, when asked to be moved into another apt,there anwser was live with the noise or move.i told the manager kathy that i pay almost a $1000 per mth i will not live this way.her anwser was we can talk about it.at this point there was nothing to talk about move them or move me.this is the end of our story,my wife and i are being transfer out of state for our jobs thank god.ihave paid for the last mths of rent even though we are not living there,so that i dont mess my credit up.now they want to keep my security deposit for guess what? new carpet!!!!!.keep in mine they just replaced this carpet less than six months ago talk about being ripped they want to charge us $1512.00 for this, it must be made of gold.... i have taking photos of the apt before we left there were no stains in carpet,i spoke to valerie today she is the manager who works at the villas of castleton in marietta pa.she was very roud,and very unprofessonial she said to me do you want us to say thank you for paying for the two mths just because you were not her.if you did not pay we would take you you court and make you pay.now they want us to pay $469.00 more for the new carpet .yes folks they are keeping our security deposit for that new must be gold carpet. this is not fair but because they have more money than me and  i dont want to mess my credit up.thank you john and carol
