Matt Imperl Get the rental agreement in writing before you give your security deposit Milwaukee Wisconsin

Mr Imperl has sent me a money order for 368.45. He is charging me for advertising $137.00, and 7 days of lost rent at a rate of $20.65 per day. He is attempting to mediate the situation. However, had Mr. Imperl disclosed the sharing of the gas meter, shoveling and yard work as well as him charging me to put in an extra gas meter at a rate of $10.00 per month, I would have NEVER bothered with him or his scam.

I have the right to reject the lease and I did due to his failure to inform me of the gas meter, yard work, shoveling and the cost of the extra gas meter. The day I rejected the lease, I spoke with Adrian at your office and she informed me that I could do so due to his altering the agreement as originally discussed.

On 07/29/09 I faxed Mr. Imperl the rejection and the reason along with my PO Box address, I also mailed him back the rejection reason with my Po Box and I also phoned him all on the same day. His excuse was with all the people who saw the place he must have forgot to tell me about the meter, he never mentioned the rest. He did say when I spoke with him at 10:35 am on 07/29/09, that he would mail out my security deposit to me. He has now ripped me off $281.55.

I need my money, its not my fault he failed to provide the correct information. He did not mention his deduction over the phone at anytime. I am not spending this Money Order

I want all my money back or I will have to take him to court and let the law decide. Its unfortunate he cashed my check prior to our written rental agreement and it is unfortunate that he failed to disclose important information. Now he is trying to steal my money. I want ALL my money back, its only legal and FAIR.
