MERS - Mortgage Elevtronic Registration Systems Mers foreclosed on my in may of 2009 and I have been homeless sence. For some reason they have not sold the house. Is there anything I can Do? New Bedford, Massachusetts

MERS - Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems foreclosed on my house in May 2009 and I have been homeless since now I understand they can not sell the because of something to do with the note. I filed chapter7 and still do not money to hire a lawyer does any one have an idea of what I can do? Thank You
