Wow, Imagine my surprise when the post office man came to my door today with ANOTHER certified letter regarding ANOTHER lien put on our houses on my new block. This is the SECOND lien in the past 2 months !
Tried to call Martin several times...he doesnt answer his calls. He screens his calls! You can call him until your blue in the face, he wont call you back. Period.
I have called the company personally and talked to the lady who sent me the letter on the lien. She told me that her company has been trying to collect the $5300 due from Martin and Martin of course has NOT paid his bill. I was also told that our cases has went to their attorney; if that fails, a negotiator will be sent to OUR houses for collection of the money. The last resort is foreclosure. Nice huh?
And Martins response is..."well we're not gonna do business with them again so why should we worry about it ?" He simply does NOT care and I have no idea how in the world he is still in business?
I have had people come to me when I got home and ask me for my opinion about the townhouses at Newport Holdings; I had to turn them away and tell them to go elsewhere.
We are NOT responsible for Martins bills and I refuse to pay a dime of his bills ! Foreclose on my house, I dont care. I NEVER wanted to move here and I regret every second that I am living here.
Just the other week, someone tried to break in my house while I was home and then 2 days later my tires on my car where slashed...right in front of my house! We have not one lamp post in our community, we dont even have a street sign on our block!
I am warning ALL...STAY AWAY! Pay the extra money to have a nice house in a safe neighborhood. I thought I was getting a deal...WRONG. I am in a dump with 2 Liens on my record now due to Martin ! He is useless and hes a crook!
If you are not going to trust these reports...check him out yourself. Investigate him, I did, AFTER the fact and now I'm stuck. Do yourself a favor and dont buy from him. Because he plans on bailing when the houses are finished and leaving us high and dry!!!!
I have nothing nice to say about Martin and I dont have the patience to talk or see the man. He is worthless and should be out of business ! He is not a noble business man, he is a CROOK. I dont know who is worse, Nixon or Martin.
Take these reports seriously, we are NOT lying. We are all in deep trouble due to Martin.
