Gabe "AKA" Riverview apartments refuses to fix any repairs and controls the premises as if his renters have no rights! He truly treats us like we live in his "home" not renting a apartment.

We moved into these apartments 2011 and currently still reside here due to a lease. The owner/ management (Gabriel) is the biggest SLUM LORD out there! He's also a bully "Whom thinks he is God."

Since day one of us moving in we have been through h*ll living here!!! The "ROACHES" "BLACK WIDOWS" and other poisons spiders is just the icing on the cake.

Broken leaky sinks no hot water, mold growing every were! insect invested!!! CEILING FALLING IN OVER THE TOILET!!!

I've called Inland fair housing and code enforcement on this guy 10 times I bet! He pays fines over and over again!!! He lies and tells them he's made the repairs and everything is up to code.

NO VISITORS ALLOWED!!

"Exsample"- He approaches family and friends that are visiting many different units and tells them to leave. For no reason???

I guess he thinks he controls our company and who we have at our homes.   A CONTROL FREAK - He locks the pool gates for weeks on in if someone or anyone makes him mad!!! or if he just feels like it. NOBODY GETS IN! NO UNITS.

Then the other weeks the pool stays closed down by the "state" due to the nastiness and unsafe conditions.

He will not allow the children to play anywhere, notthe grass, not the pavement and no toys anywere. I've also seen him be very rude & mean to all his staff. He is very very raciest as well!!  "NO BLACK" people allowed at your apartment ever!! as if he can say that???

The harassment he delivers alone is enough to make any renter go crazy. This man also hates kids! yet targets families for renting! He refuses to fix anything and yet expects us all here to kiss his but. He hands out 3 day notices on the 3 rd of every month weather you have earned on or not!!

So many people have came and gone since we've been here that's for sure. Some only staying a couple weeks. He puts on a good show and has a great cover! He is advertising my apartment for rent as we speak and HELLO we still live here and unless we brake our lease not leaving until FEB-2012.

He even raised the rent!!! I pay ( $860.00 ) he posted it for ( $895.00 ) $700.00 deposit. This guy has way too much money!! and lives on a reserve with lots of toys!! pretty sure there something fishy about the owner ship of these apartments as well, so its not like he cant afford to make repairs he just refuses!

I know this guy is ranking in the bucks! and it just doesn't seem fair to treat good people like he does. We pay our rent on time follow rules as desired.
