This company should not be used and avoided at all cost! We used this company because of the large add they had placed in the yellow pages and were very sorry later. This company looks as if it is a decent company but is completely unprofessional. The technician they sent out was extremely unprofessional and difficult to understand. After quoting a very high and unreasonable price we said we would not be paying for the service but he demanded a service fee. We paid via check and he left (thankfully) but not before asking for a tip. Keep in mind, he didn't actually do the service for us of fixing our lock but wanted a tip anyway! Then a week then technician, not company, calls us and asks for another check because apparently the company would not accept the check we originally gave him (a lie) and wanted to come to our house to get the check. We promptly told him if he showed up we would call the police on him immediately for harassment. Do not use this company! They are creepy and likely scam artists. Beware!
