On September 23, I purchased a coyote deterrent from the Walnut Creek Enterprises website. I paid via Pay Pal and was told via an email that my product would be delivered in 8-10 weeks. After that time expired and I had still not received the product, I made several attempts to contact the company and the seller, Dan Jincks, but they did not respond. Pay Pal only permits disputes during the first 45 days, and since I waited longer than that for the estimated delivery time of 8-10 weeks, they are unable to offer me any assistance.
