SCAM ALERT: Danny Venz And State Farm Insurance scam, lemmon ave, Dallas Texas

Complaint Description:

I would like a bad mark placed on Danny Venz State Farm Insurance. I am a first time home buyer and home owner and last year, we met with this insurance company three or four times to make sure we have the best coverage and if anything happens to anything - they will repair, replace, or fix anything. Now that three things have happened: Flood, Thieve, and Damage.. I called them up to let them know what we need to do. They informed me that we need to pay $11,000 to them in deductibles in order to get $2,000 in repairs. I said what? This is exactly WHY I went to you four times last year to get the best advice.. best coverage.. and this is the direction they have steered me in.

They responded: Well you chose these deductibles and these policies. I said - we met with you four times to make sure this is the best decision and the best policy for us. You led us in the wrong path!

Your Desired Resolution:
We are paying them average $1200 per month in insurance.. that's $14,400 a year. Do we need this type of bill if we have to pay $11K to get something replaced or repaired. They use scare tactics to get you to sign up for insurance not to mention it's the law.. BUT when it comes down to repairing anything - they want you to pay more money. The $14,400 a year that I pay could go to ANY and ALL repairs with money leftover in my pocket! YAY!

If you are a victim of Danny Venz and his scam tactics where you pay $1200 per month and when it comes down to repair anything - they want more money - well it's time to cancel Danny Venz and take the $14,400 you spend with them and SPEND IT ON REPAIRS!
