Fidelity National Home Warranty Liars, Fraudulent from the start never a call , changed invoice notes on service call Walnut Creek California

5/14/06 2:16pm Called Fraudelity oops I mean Fidelity to complain about a/c not working was told within 24hrs a service call would be done and they'd get back to me with the out come. 5/17 and a few calls later a tech was out said it was compressor and it is sure to be covered by plan looking at a week in the heat at best.

5/31 I call in Gregory tells me work is completed as says a stamp on file he is looking at sends me to Sonia in claims 2:21pm who puts me on hold for 2hrs & 24mins looking up info then Georgina(ext7211)The big boss takes over the call to exspline the notes on service call re: missing wire panel is why claim is rejected. I have my copy it says nothing about that only says bad compressor 10+yrs old must replace .she opts to send w/in 24hrs 2nd crew after long battle. I offer to fax although she has carbon copy.She wil rview faxcopy and respond.

6/13@11:30 I call Milisa ansr I exspline she has no record xfers to Sonja who puts me on hld 2hrs 1min no notes in file re:the 2nd crew her boss promssed to send w/in24hrs. 07/05 Sean(ex2802) ansrs says 2nd a/c tech has not turned in order i called a/c tech they sent me copy of fax they turnd in "needs compressor"sent same day as servcall timestamped 6/21. many days nothing 7/20 and 119degress in shade look it up.

7/20 I reach Sonja who declines claim based on serv tech notes calling it a maintenance issue. I called back to find out the serv techs give them the same notes its a carbon 3 pink is ins yellow customer white they keep. Amy the office girl at a/c shop says
