To tell you how we got cheated by this company is a very long story. But to tell you that we got cheated more than once with these *****'s is another. We called on a Saturday for your bathroom sink was filling up with water from the sewer and dirtying the bathroom. So we call our home warranty people to help. We are told that best case scenario they “may” send someone on Monday. Upon insisting they said that we have the option to call our own contractor, have the contractor call them before services are rendered for “reimbursement”, they will approve it and then we could have the work done. So we did. We called, as a matter of fact we put the phone on speaker and the contractor spoke with them, they agreed to “reimburse” $160.00. So today when we call to ask how and where we can send the bill, we are told that we will be reimbursed $160.00 minus their service fee. “Their service fee?” During time of need, they gave us 0 (zero, zilch, nada) service but we are to pay a fee. According to their own contract we have to pay a $65.00 fee to the service person upon their arrival to our house. But, we are still charged this fee for a service we never received. I would love to have a business like this, where you pay me every year for servicing, and when you call, I say, “no can do”, and then charge you another service fee, for a service that I refuse to provide. And this is just the beginning of our grievances with these cheats.
