First American Home Warranty Idiots! They have the most horrible customer service in the world! Very unhelpful! Internet

Every claim I had with First American I did all the leg work. I had plumbing issues, electrical issues, to name a couple. Every time a claim is placed with them. I had to call 3-4 times for one reason or another. Longest hold time 70 minutes and was still talking circles with the claims adjuster. Lost information, undocumented phone calls, idiots on the phone...very unhelpful, they didn't listen to half of my issues.

Repair man would come out to my house thinking it was another issue, and then repair would not be covered. Waste of time, waste of money! This seems to be a routine with them. Very nervous about every claim I placed with them. I hated talking to the idiots on the phone! Sorry for such hostility however, I have been extremely frustrated with them over the course of the year, and going through all of the other complaints makes me hate them more.
