Home Builders Board Does not take any action agaisnt dishonest builders & does not help the consumer Montgomery Alabama

The, Home builders board did not help my mother with a complaint agaisnt a home builder Henry Mann, with a house my mother purchased a house from 03/04/2004. My, mother has made every reasonable attempt to settle this with mann but he has refused to do anything accept lie!,

my mother made a complaint with the home builders board 07/27/2006. The, home builders board closed the complaint their response was they could not find no cause for gross negligence, mann promise to replace the air conditiion unit from a two ton to a two & a half ton unit but he refused to honor my mothers one year house warranty!,

instead mann filed a false police report for harassment saying my mother harassed him which is false! my mother called mann & he refused to return her phone calls. The, home builders board also said my mother was not allowed to read the response from mann, this don't sound right either. The, home builders board is suppose to protect us from dishonest builders mann is not honest!,

mann can be charged with filing a false police report but my mother has not heard a word from mann sense 08/04, I do not know why mann is acting like this how or I don't know how he could do something like this!. Mann, cannot be treated people like this!

I have no made any false statments In this report! but I know I will get accused of slandering mann!, I have not lied In this entire report mann did fail to honor my mothers new home warranty!, & nothing can get done!. But, this Is how It Is these days businesses are worried what they can get away with!.
