Homecomings Financial, GMAC BREACH of CONTRACT, Violations with TILA, RESPA, HOEPA, HUD, FHA Waterloo Iowa

Please get a hold of me about the lawyers info. on a class action lawsuit with homecomings financial. They have broke most all laws there are with the consumers. I will not try to deal with them and their little contacts nor will I try these govt. programs, they are about as much as a joke as homecomings.

They have violated our civil rights also, the list of violations as we know go on and on. There are to be no frivolous lawsuits but we have nothing to protect us from their fraudulent ways, ruining us Americans lives and nest eggs and the govt. has not did anything to help nor intervene . I am sure most of you tried Hopenow.org - just another ploy to get us to stop complaining about the criminal activity that is going on.

So where else do we turn? Lawsuits. You can not reason with crooks. We have rights and given rights as american citizens, lets stand up for them. I am in santa fe NM. If we were to do this to some one we would never get out of jail, but the govt.

again wants a program that will totally dismiss homecomings and others from this criminal behavior and again us consumers are suppose to except it and act like we still do have our nest eggs (ha) Do not allow the government to do this. Govt. programs are not free they come with attachments unless of course you are illegal here in the united states.
