LAND OF AMERCA HOME WARRANTY DOES NOT GET GOOD CONTACTORS, EXTRA FEE FOR COMING ON THE WEEKENDS BURBANK, California

Land of America which is located in Burbank, Calif. Does not get qualify contactors. First call in: Heater stopped working. Couldn't get a company to come out on weekends extra cost for me if I wanted to pay. Had to take time work off for a contractor come out.

 

 Didn't fix it correctly and stopped working again, after 30 days called in and said I would have to pay again for service fee. The companies they used was very rude to me  Same thing with shower faucet which needed a 50 cent  washer, had to be replace many russiain armenians in this field. He used a old washer they came out of his tool box.  I told him this and Land of American . Same faucet started to  leak again. Pay another 55.00 dollars for a 50 cent washer.

Please look very carefully on the internet for any complaints on these companies before you buy.
