I purchased this home warranty to replace the one I had previous, that wasn't living up to the contract. What I later found out was Nationwide Home Warranty is a scam as well. Home warranties are only as good it you don't require service. It is a means for one to spend hundreds of dollars for nothing. Nationwide is terrible for customer service. I contacted Nationwide in July regarding my pool and spa, it is now September. They are unreachable by phone or email. We live in Arizona, where in the summer we love our pool and spa because of the heat. I spent thirty minutes or more on hold and was disconnected. I called back and was met with a hostile attitude. As far as paying my claim, they denied my claim. But offer me $260.00, instead of covering the $700.00 in repairs. To date Nationwide continue to deduct my monthly premium. I have tried tirelessly to contact this comapny to refund my monies, to no avail.  Do Not Purchase Nationwide Home Warranty!
