United Home Warranty/National Home Warranty Are Frauds They Are One In The Same Company They take premiums, deny claims and then shut down business and open as another one. New York City New York

United Home Warranty and National Home Warranty company are on eint he same. They took a yr premium from me in Jan 07, a few months later i had a claim and they denied it I had to replace my AC unit compressor that was supposed to be coverred in the policy. Come to find out they are a fraud, they have disappeard and reopenned doing business as National home Warranty. Their phone number has been routed to Nationwide Directory assistance. I also have found that they are now soley doing business as national home warranty company (they answerred the phone with this name in error a few times when you called UHW and then hung up when they realized you were on to them).

The contractors are also carrying Liability insurance for them on their end. So the picture is huge not only are they bilking consumers out of money they are bilking contractors out of money as well. I am interested in a law suit against them for my repair costs and the premium that they removed from y bank account that the bank after 120 days will not refund! Beware National Home Warranty is a fraud!
