EconoHomes A true Rip Off Austin, Texas

I have purchased a property at **** in jackson Ms. only to find out that the Hinds County Tax Accessors office owned the house.   I had to stop the Hinds County Tax Collector from selling my house by paying more than 5000 in back taxes.  I called Econo Homes about the title, they told me the title would take about 6 months to get.

 I paid about 14,000 for the house, fixed the house up myself.   Paid an additional 20,000 to fix the house.  I put in new electric, new plumbing, new tile, new grass pallets, new bathroom, and much much more.  All along, i have been asking econoHomes for the title, (they did not own the title).  However, they kept asking for money or they would take back the property that I purchased from them.  

In addition, to paying for the house, i was constantly hit with late fees, and over draft charges.  EconoHomes would try and pull out money 3 or 4 times a month resulting in 150 to 200 dollars a month in over draft charges.

What can I do?
