Guardsman Total scam. I could tell just from the initial phone call Grand Rapids, Michigan

Jennifer convertibles urged us to buy the Guradsman protection plan since we were about to have a baby. Now that it was time to clean up some spots they asked all kinds of questions and sent us a bottle so WE could clean it and if we chose we could still have them come clean it. BUT, we had to fill out a form for each piece of furniture, send in the forms, wait for them to call so they could then set up an appointment to come clean the couches. Why not just do it when I called them initially? I knew they were just giving us the run around so we could give up and just clean it ourselves. When they sent us the bottle to clean there was also a piece of paper listing the type of stains they would not cover.

Pretty much anything you could imagine was on that list (food, dog, baby etc.). What other type of stain is there??!! I finally get the call and a girl asks if the stains were food, baby, blood, oil etc. I said "no'. She also wanted to know exactly where they were, when and how they got there. Sounded like they were just trying to get out of sending anyone out. "O.k please hold so I can process the request, she says' Comes back a saying 'your plan only covers baby, dog' stains. Sorry. And the broken spring and leg isn't covered either. I was so Pissed! It's not worth the agrivation, time etc. to do anything about it but I may just for the principle of it all. ARg!
