Well here we sit after almost 4 years in our palm harbor home that is falling apart around us. In january of 2007 we finally had representatives of palm harbor show up and tour our palm harbor disaster no comments, no action! legal representation has been retained and after hiring a certified engineer to come to our home and write a report we have $145,000.00 damage to our home that we paid $94,000.00 due to a pad that was built wrong, grading that is incorrect, and an illegal septic tank,(all preformed by palm harbors contractor awsome construction)walls and cielings that are bowed,
doors you can see daylight around, bowed flooring, a roof that has failed and leaks!This home is completely falling apart around us !and palm harbor refuses to step up to the plate and be men about it and do whats right ! so much for there worthless warranties !

Since our last update they have closed there local sales office and everyone involved has been terminated and at this time we are waiting for our court date ! I would advise anyone before you deal with palm harbor homes DON'T!!!! They don't care about there customers in any way shape or form !It is a very disreputable corporation! and there warranties can be used as toilet paper!

Thanks for the comment but so you know there still selling homes in pahrump under another crooked manufacture home dealer SUN VALLEY HOMES sun valley hired palm harbors fired sales manager "rodger simon " so there still doing buisness here funny thing is everyone in this small town knows all about palm harbor and what they pulled on people so they are having a very hard time selling these pieces of junk with there worthless warranties also the fired senior vice president stewart pikoff who owns a place here in pahrump called "dessert greens" is connected to sun valley homes selling palm harbors junk ! the saga just keeps rolling i wouldn't do any buisness with either company unless you like to get taken and lied too! ther still hiring the same crooked contractors to do all there work you have been warned!!!
