After reviewing our files from 2008, there is not a file anywhere with a complaint from a "hailey", from Janesville.
All of our akc cocker spaniels are purebred and registered throught the AKC REGISTRY OF THE UNITED STATES. EVERY puppy has their own pedigree that proves that there is NO INBREEDING in theirbloodline.
My partners and I own 6 different stud dogs from 6 different bloodlines to father a litter of puppies, there is NO NEED to inbreed. I personally am involved in each of the breedings at my home and can document every situation that results in producing a litter of puppies. AKC has personally inspected our files on every dog that has been born and every bitch that has been bred.
Every stud dog in DNA tested and is on file with the AKC registry.
AKC has performed many surprise dna tests periodically and they have found 100% perfection in the record keeping of my prize cocker spaniels.
We would have documented a complaint of this nature in the dog's file and THERE IS NO "HAILY" FROM JANESVILLE in any file. going back to the year of 2005.
There is absolutely no documentation of any type to substantiate this 3 year old slanderous allegation.
If there truly was a "hailey" that would have had this problem, first of all, We are very sorry for the loss of their dog. We would have (still would) replaced this dog with a new puppy of their choice.
A tumor on a liver does not mean a dog was inbred, we have no control of 100% perfection in the health of every dog for their entire life. No one can do that.
If we would have had a situation like this, the contract states that we would have helped the customer obtain a new puppy.
In 2008, we fired a couple of employees for stealing and we believe that we are a victim of cyber bullying by disgruntled ex employees.
There are always two sides to every situation - and I hope that any potential new puppy owner would check out both sides of any story. We have many happy references on our website and I am adding new happy customers to my website monthly.
