Purchased horse on 10/2/2011 for trail riding purposes for beginner family members and friends.  This horse was completely misrepresented as a "beginner" level horse as he is not an experienced trail horse and after riding him with experienced riders, he bucked off two riders. The first was bolted off with and then bucked off and the other he just went down to the ground for no reason and got away from rider.

After catching horse and remounting he then launched her off and as she flew back, he kicked her in the chest. This is a seriously dangerous horse for anyone to be on. There is no way this owner did not know about the issues this horse has.  He did not just start bucking since he was purchased at the age of eight going on nine years old. The only thing I was told was he did not like the girth tightened up too tight until he walked around before mounting and to just slowly tighten the girth.

That generally is not a prob as a lot of horses can be that way. The problem lies in the fact she did not tell me he might buck which in that case, he definately would not be suitable for inexperienced riders by any means. I would have never purchased this horse. I called the owner and told her of the problem and asked her for help but she choose to ignore me and tried to pull all her ads from Dreamhorse and You Tube so I could not contact her. This only proves to me that she definately knew that the horse had problems she did not disclose.

Seller did not misrepresent Horse

AUTHOR: Nicole McFarland - (United States of America)

Renee Markiewicz  from Landenberg PA has purchased this QH Gelding from me in October 2011.

She had texted me a couple of times after she purchased him to let me know that he is doing well.

I did not misrepresent this horse in any way.

MONTH  later she contacted me per Text Message while i was out of the Country due to a Family Emergency. I did not ignore her, i texted her back and told her my situation. I could not do anything at this moment. I did not delete all my information on the internet, that is not true, as you can see she had to public my personal informations, including my address, so she can not say she had no way to get a hold of me.

After i responded to her Message i havent heard back from her until i have seen this add on the internet.

What people should remember when buying a horse, they are purchasing an Animal and no machine! This Horse can be fine on one day and different the other. Everybody treats a horse different. This is a living Animal with its own Brain. I am not controlling this.

I was honest about this Horse and represented this horse to the best of my Knowledge.

I even had the Barn owner there as a witness.

My 13 and 14 year old Sisters have been riding this horse many times without any problems.

I did not represent this horse as BEGINNER SAFE, i said that i had beginner ride this horse but that does not automatically mean that he is safe for anybody, again, its an animal and no machine, something can always happen!!!!!!!

Renee came to see this horse and rode him for a while, she rode him in the indoor arena and outside, she liked him and agreed to sign a Sales Agreement saying that she accepts the horse AS IS on the day of sale, done Deal.
Me as the Seller, i can not predict an animals behavior and future, i am sorry but i am not god!
When you buy a horse there is no guarantee. When you sign a Sales Agreement you accept the horse AS IS and you as the buyer is subject to any and all faults or defects to the horse that may now exist or subsequently appear. NO GUARANTEE!

It is a surprise to me that this horse has worked out for a while until she had problems with the horse.
So is this really MY fault????? Is this really the Sellers fault?????

People who know horses should really think about this.
As a horse person, when you go to buy a horse, you usually can tell right away if this horse will suit your needs, if you are not sure about it and you end up buying it anyways then it is first of all YOUR own fault, not the Sellers and second of all you should be able to tell after a few rides if it is what you have been looking for or not.
If its not....than you as the BUYER made your own wrong decision to buy that horse...STOP blaming the Seller.

When you purchase a Dog, everything works out perfect and weeks or month later the dog will bite you....Can you blame the Seller for it? NO....because it is AN ANIMAL and NO MACHINE.
I am stating a fact here and People should really think about it.

I did not misrepresent this horse!
Many horses have been placed in good homes where everybody is happy with what they have bought but i guess you still have People in this world who will have trouble with a horse they have bought and then blame the seller for this problem.
Ask for References if you are concerned.
