Memorial Hospital - Jacksonville, Florida Memorial Hospital is Costing some one a JOB with the AIR FORCE!!! Jacksonville Florida

When injured on the job, the injured person was sent to Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville. The job filed their workman's comp claim. Memorial filed their claim with the Workman's Comp Insurance company (Liberty Mutual) who states they received the claim and sent it back because Memorial did not file the claim properly. Memorial states they did not receive same. This happened back in 2006. No notice was received from Memorial by the injured party. Memorial filed the claim with a collection agency. The collection agency filed it on the injured party's credit report. Now, this credit report is costing the injured party the ability to sign up with the Air Force. The injured party has gone to Memorial requesting the claim be filed with Liberty, again. Liberty has stated they will take care of it if they received the itemized billing. When go to Memorial they say that they can not file another form or give the injured party a copy of it.
When talk to Memorial administrator in head of the dept. she accused injured party of calling Memorial and hanging up. No such incident happened and injured party phone records could show that no such incident happened. The Administrator was very rude, saying they are no longer responsible that it was all the injured party's responsible for the bill.

How would you be able to pay if you were denied a bill, the hospital will NOT file with the insurance company but wants to put it on your credit report.

Oh, and when called the Collection Agency to see what had to be done, they said that it was turned back to Memorial because they could not collect.
