Complaint is against NCO FINANCIAL SYSTEMS, INC

This is about a bill from Orange Park Medical Center that was paid by Medicare and my secondary insurance in full.  I have sent receipts of payment twice and called and talked with them, but they keep sending the bill from this collection company.

This bill is for my husband, who died in August 2010.  Any assistance to get through to them to clear this account would be much appreciated.
