Shahid Sharif Tricounty Hospitalists, LLC Multiple violations of Florida Unlawful Trade Practice statutes, Florida State Bar attorney ethics, and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act Longwood, Florida

Dr. Sharif filed a collection effort against me using Noam Cohen, an attorney that specializes in collections efforts and has a very poor reputation.

First, I never received a billing statement from Dr. Sharif. How can he expect to collect a payment he has never requested?

His attorney has also violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act enough times that the legal penalties I can claim in court amount to more than the bill he claims I owe.

Additionally, I have legally-admissible evidence proving that his attorney's staff have intentionally lied to me and given false information in an unlawful attempt to trick me into complying with his collection efforts. This is a blatant violation of the Rules Regulating the Florida Bar.

The last line of his attorney's collection states (quoted verbatim), "PLEASE GOVERN YOURSELF ACCORDINGLY!". How arrogant and conceited! He should not be telling others to govern themselves in a particular manner when he himself does not even govern himself in accordance with Florida statutes and the Florida Bar.
